Lake Township Annual Cleanup Days – 2012
Dates / times:
- June 16, 2012 from 8:00 am-Noon (or until both trucks are full)
- August 25, 2012 from 8:00 am-Noon (or until both trucks are full)
Location:
Lake Township Hall, M-22 and the Platte River (enter from the north driveway)
Unloading:
- Residents are expected to assist on unloading unless they are physically unable to do so. Thank you for your cooperation. No commercial or contractor dumping is permitted.
- We are always looking for volunteers to help with the unloading, as well!
About Items:
- All loose items must be in bags or boxes!
- Items not accepted – automotive batteries and tires, any chemicals or hazardous waste, motor oil, paint thinners, and yard waste. Concrete, cement, refrigerators with Freon are also not acceptable. Recyclable items should be taken to the regular recycling sites, Lake Township Hall or Frankfort, on scheduled days and times.
